Work Place Learning

I have been researching learning in the workplace, and the need to have sufficient training in the workplace. Basically, what I have found is that If a company doesn't invest money in training, then the overall learning pace is slowed. You have to have a good training program for employees, because most places of work have a steep learning curve when there is no proper training. Some trends in workplace learning include increased pressure on employees, (i.e. - tighter deadlines). Give employees every opertunity to learn. The more they learn, the better they do their job.

TSTM 444

TSTM...if you're reading this and you aren't familliar with TSTM already, then you're probably thinking..."What the hell does that stand for?" Well, TSTM is a major at the University of South Carolina. It stands for Technical Support and Training Management. Yeah, it's a mouth full. 444 is a class number, and this blog was created for that class. But, that's all for now, I might add more later.
